It really depends on the person and what theyre trying to accomplish. I don't think there's a minimum, but generally as you go about your day and see hot girls you should try to close them. If you do this or if you chat up a good portion of the girls you encounter and live a somewhat active life, you might not even need to necessarily "go out".

Personally, I maybe "day game" once a week, if that. But I do like to walk to a lot of places and chat up the hotties I see along the way. Me going out at night is even more rare, maybe a few time a month.
