That's usually a pretty bad sign after a first date, but don't send her either one of those, send "I’m busy too. But I’m sure we could both find a few hours if we actually wanted to"
I know what you're getting at but honestly, in my experience, it's always better to make her tell you when she's free than to suggest a day even if you think she would be free then. Just the fact that she claims to not know means she has at least some hesitation about going out with you again. So yeah, I'd still send her that.
