You could try to close but that would likely be flakey. More investment needed. Since she's challenging you here, I'd probably use something that makes you the buyer like "If you play your cards right I just might" then she might have some snarky remark like "Oh really" and I'd go "Yes. So give me the basics, tattoos? Pets? Any crazy ex's?" PWF lines here, but they work well for me
