What a girl would do here if the roles were reversed is something like "hmm, maybe. But I feel like I don't know much about you yet". She then qualifies, if she suggests a meet again (2nd time) then its prob a solid close that wont flake. Thats what I would do.

Right-that's the correct mindset, and it's literally the truth. I had a first time Thursday night meet scheduled for 9pm at x-place, at midnight the previous night I got offered a paid event for Thursday til 9, so I immediately sent a paragraph to the chick explaining that I was not flaking or cancelling, still wanted to see her but it would have to be pushed back an hour, or she could suggest another time and I'd totally understood etc...she ignored that message, and Unmatched me yesterday. It def seemed like she was taken aback that a dude would semi cancel (and not even, if anything I over communicated outta courtesy), like that's what women do and men are lucky to get the date. Yeah, not in my world lady. You are as lucky to have a date with me as vice versa, my reality and my frame, I'll respect you and your time but there'll be no princess treatment here.
You could try to close but that would likely be flakey. More investment needed. Since she's challenging you here, I'd probably use something that makes you the buyer like "If you play your cards right I just might" then she might have some snarky remark like "Oh really" and I'd go "Yes. So give me the basics, tattoos? Pets? Any crazy ex's?" PWF lines here, but they work well for me
