Over the past year+, many users on the Hinge subreddit as well as a few in the Game commnuity have reported an unfortunate bug in Hinge where they only see the lowest-rated users in their Discover section. I'm doing a survey to see if we can crowdsource some information on why this might be happening. If this has happened to you, please leave a comment on the following thread in the Hinge subreddit: Investigative survey for users experiencing Hinge's bug that only displays the least-attractive users in Discover

If it is profile pics as you're trying to indicate then there must be an incredible amount of men and women across the US (and apparently UK as well) who need to change their pics.

Also, not sure what kind of bug exists all over the US and UK, affecting what men and women for over a year, with a few years worth of complaints and concerns about it easily stacked up in quick google searches with no one in charge thinking to do something about it.

For people who are naturally attracted to obese women and men, I'm sure they're having a field day with this. That is, of course, unless the ones who want to see fats are not getting to see them because they happened to have used the "right" pictures lol.

I could see if only a few people were complaining that it may be their fault and understand people blindly assuming and blaming others with authority without doing any actual research first. But, when I see men complaining, women replying with complaints of getting the same results on their end, and people in London also thinking that it is a bug only concrntrated to their area, it lets me conclude that this is happening to an unusual amount of people for some unexplained reason.

If it is a bug, then I question how serious the owners (or the new owners) of Hinge are to just sit there, be aware (or somehow unaware) of this and do absolutely nothing for years. When it gets to a point where many people online have discovered and come up with their own technique for fixing a "bug" and the developers still aren't even aware of any bug or seemingly don't care, one must question the people behind the app.

Now I'm confused. Do you not recognize me? You've known me for years. If you need a reminder, you can ask Aaron, whom I introduced to PWF, or Nitin, whom I stayed with/gamed with in Vegas.
