First date was escalated and she liked how I held strong eye contact Planning for 2nd date She recently had doctor's appt so I built off that Me: You're also due to my eye appointment. So how about a date sometime? Me: Don't think too hard (she replied this after 2 days and I never had to re-engage prior to this) Her: eye appt. Yes (winky face). that too Should I go for "whats your schedule like" or “are you always this difficult to plan 2nd date” cause its the 4th time i m asking for the date

If this is the 4th time you're asking for a second date, that's a bit concerning. Chances are she may just not be interested and just can't communicate that. Has she dodged around/flaked the other 3 times you brought it up or how did those go? Post the screen shots

Appreciate feedback man. its possible. The three times before was 1 month ago before I was travelling and I wanted to meet before I leave but she said we will meet after I get back and she tried to keep in touch this whole time. This time I will try to get to underlying cause and use takeaways if hesitation continues

Hmm, maybe it's not a lost cause then. If she reached out to you first at all during the time you were gone that's also a good sign.
I would go with the "what's your schedule like then" if she's compliant and contributes positvely, then move towards a date.
However, if she avoiding the date or acting flakey, just hit her with one of the classics:
"Look if you're not into this, just let me know and I can stop trying"
"Look, I’m busy too but I’m sure we could both find a few hours if we actually wanted to"
"Take care, your lack of respect for my time is a turn off"
