How do you guys transition to your apartments from the date and do you always go for it or sometimes wait until the second or third date?

that sounds like a great thing to say when a girl doesnt want to come to your place the first time... "we are just going to have a drink, no funny business".. pretty disarming then when she gets there you can do you normal routine or whatever... what do you think? or would this be setting expectations too low but think its no different than say no expectations... but no expectations might be better than saying no funny business... let me know
