Well, I'll start by warning you to take my advice with caution, it's just what I would do in your situation.
Honestly, as a mid term aid for performance anxiety, I use two drugs, both of them legal in the U.S i believe (I'm not American). One of them is phenibut, it inhibits anxiety much like alcohol, but without the clumsiness and loss of coordination, it's pretty much the best "social drug" out there. And the second drug is the old blue pill, on a low dose of course. You can use this combo any time you need to get rid of performance anxiety
Also, for the problem with premature ejaculation, you can use a condom with benzocaine, or use benzocaine wipes, it will help you last longer
