After she agrees to the proposal is to use the classic “what’s your schedule like?” Let her tell you when she’s free. From there it’s much easier to determine a day, time, and place.
As Alex mentions, randomly mentioning days to meet is ineffective. Unless the girl comes off rather spontaneous and is showing signs of trying to meeting asap or even that day.
