Hi gentlemen, I hope everyone’s good I’m having issues regarding dieting/weight loss Every time I fail my diet (eat too much in a day) I get in such a spiral of depression and think that ALLL. My hard work was for nothing? Like today I went gym..ate well then I binged some shit at night,now I’m in bed thinking I’m starting over again.. I have lost some weight but recently it’s being hard Any tips on how you deal with it mentally chaps ? Thanks in advance !!

Bro don’t worry about it. Literally everyone slips up on their diet. The few days out of the month will not make a difference in the slightest. Also look into Coach Greg on YouTube, huge motivation!
