Hi gentlemen,

I hope everyone’s good

I’m having issues regarding dieting/weight loss

Every time I fail my diet (eat too much in a day) I get in such a spiral of depression and think that ALLL. My hard work was for nothing? Like today I went gym..ate well then I binged some shit at night, now I’m in bed thinking I’m starting over again..

I have lost some weight but recently it’s being hard

Any tips on how you deal with it mentally chaps ?

Thanks in advance !!

Sounds like you are being a little hard on yourself. Just because you had 1 pinge doesn't wipe all the progress you made away. Nevertheless, it's not helpful and you should do something to stop. It's clearly impacting you mentally as well. I would recommend you completely remove the temptation and get rid of all the snacks you currently have. Call a friend or a relative and ask them to take it all. Make sure you don't buy anything you may snack on eaither. If you need some motivation, look up David Goggins. Anything is possible. Good luck

Look into OMAD. If you know you can only have 1 meal a day it's harder to cheat

Well, a big part of it is understanding the reason why you cheat. Is it because you have intense cravings, or is it more "I'm bored, so I'm gonna eat type of thing". My advice would be

  1. committing to a carnivore diet. And if that's too extreme, then just a keto diet.
  2. Intermittent fasting. Have a rule that you don't eat for the first 8 hours after you wake up. Those 2 things alone will be game changers

Bro don’t worry about it. Literally everyone slips up on their diet. The few days out of the month will not make a difference in the slightest. Also look into Coach Greg on YouTube, huge motivation!
