You failed this shit test. Don't qualify yourself, just say "yes. " The second big reason you failed it is because you escalated on a shit test, never do that. Keep your answers as short as possible. This is a hard but you should go with. "If that's cool"
Makes no sense bro... nothing in the last message was qualifying, and saying "of course" is no different to saying "yes". Despite popular belief "If that's cool" is not a takeaway... it doesn't take attention away it just asks for her approval and makes her the judge of what's cool.
It kinda does make sense. It's better to just say yes , but also just saying of course does work as well. And, you're right actually, qualifying was not the word I was looking for. But I will say this... It does surprise me that you are in the mastermind, and you believe "if that's cool," no offense, is not a takeaway. Especially in this situation, it is the only one that fits, and it doesn't take attention away from his text, nor does it ask for approval. It's a non-needy nudge that sticks with the frame. Not doing this would skip the opportunity for her to invest in, which is what you want her to do here... What would you say though , @[Max Fox]
It's ok man, everyone's text game, even mine, sucked at one point. Right here, you already skipped lots of steps closing and you went for the number prematurely. You don't want to push even a little anymore because of how hard you pushed for the number without setting up plans. You also do not want to change the topic because you committed yourself to get the number. Do a slight takeaway like, "If that's cool" and tell me what she says after that ;)
I actually couldn't tell if it was a shit test or a real question at first
I debated posting my reply here before I sent it, but I figured "what's the worst that can happen?" Plus I know I can't have someone holding my hand when I send messages our.

Is there even a way to salvage the conversation?
