i would just say “Yes, how goes thy thursday?” or something like that. Just say “Yes, question”

yeah the line “if your into that sort of thing” doesnt exactly work since its more of a takeaway.
A fun get to know you question would’ve been good, or any question which you can demonstrate high value in.
i would just say “our romantic date of course” as a next response.

“am I wrong?” is what i would really go with, anything along those lines to get he conversation flowing is ideal.

i’d go for a mix of the both to be quite honest,

“Perfect. We should have a boba session sometime soon, give me the details.. any pets? tattoos? crazy ex-s I should worry about? good kisser?”

ended up just biting the bullet and saying “dont be shy” and same outcome, give it a day? “or do” and try to reenage? shes a solid 9/10 so its something i would want to pursue
