I don't think this was the right reply. I think you went the shit test route when this was actually a kind of objection/real concern for her. I think you might be too focused on the right response to really be taking the whole situation in. You've had sex twice and she's basically asking who she is to you and you told her you need to have more sex with her to find out...not a good response. So it's probably best to give some kind of empathy, address her concern, make her feel somewhat special that she is not just another piece of meat.

NOTE: these responses were before I realized OP already had sex twice with the girl. I'd go a more empathetic route in that case.

Since that is some extremely overt attempt at frame control on her part I tend to think any answer that goes long with it falls into her frame. So imo you have to hold your ground/frame and not really give her what she wants, maybe even cause her to invest in someway. Here's some answers I might go with off the top of my head:
