Thinking about it a bit more, I think she means that I should prove that I’m worth her having extended the chat. Our chat expired and she “extended it” for another month.

Because her response doesn’t really make sense to my previous messages.

So maybe instead something like: “Challenge accepted. I even have a plan for our first date..”

Or something along those lines. Can’t quite tell if she’s being sassy
