I would say use less punctuation (question marks, emojis, etc..) don't ask two questions in the same message... your messages are very high interest and don't really provide a challenge for the girl. Opening with something like "Hmm... this might work" or Alex's famous "Hey Trouble" might work better because it spikes her emotions. I would do more soft closing and baiting during the convo, for example you can ask her if she likes wine (every girl says yes) and then you can soft close by saying something suggestive like "Oh really, we should split a bottle on my romantic patio sometime". This way it's almost like she's making up her mind to see you and not you trying to directly ask her "hey do you want to come over sometime" which usually is met with some resistance.

I personally like the jump rope picture the best. banana shirt one is a bit closed in body language. Regardless the quality of these pics are really on point. Did you hire someone to take these or do you have experience with DSLR's and Lightroom?
