Followed up with the "Hope you didn't become flakey on me", she replied faster than ever, lol, works well. But, the real problem is that she really works her balls off, like 06-22 every day, some kind of. project/fixed-term contract. Any good ideas on how to deal with that?
Thing is I really want to meet her and since no direct plans were made calling out directly for flaking may be a bit too aggressive, maybe just ask her what her concerns are for suddenly ghosting?
