From what I've learned... The shorter the text the better. If you can find a find to shorten that. That's what has worked for me... I'm guessing girls don't want to read novels, I honestly don't know. But it works, short text is key.

I know I’m new here. I can help you here man. My background is, old school PUA. Have a unique piece of art, furniture, sheets, etc. In every room. But especially in YOUR room.

I also live in a unique house. I think for girls it can be cold. I usually give them a tour. BUT don’t show them your bed until the end. This has worked for me.
