I love the "wine on my balcony line." Unfortunately my place has nothing spectacular about it that I can advertise. What is your best variation of this line?
"Want to split a bottle of wine at my place?" Doesn't sound great.
"Want to split a bottle of wine?" Easy to get a yes. After I need to somehow suggest my place in a way that doesn't sound boring.

Honestly, you can just use the balcony line even if you don't have a balcony. I've done that many times and had no issue. In the rare case, if the girl brings it up, you can just make a joke out of it
