First time in my life i could tell this girl was not interested as soon as i walked into the bar for our date. My ego wanted to get her to like me a bit. But should i have just ended it right then? What would you guys do if a girl gives you very little to no level of interest on a date no matter what you do

You can gently call it out and see if there's an underlying reason "Hey, you seem a little reserved, is everything okay?"
Maybe her dog died. Maybe she just isn't into you
If it's the latter, on to the next.

If she isn't interested, get her to verbalize it "Hey. You don't seem into it. what's up"
