Chatting to some chick on Bumble that has “something casual” in her profile. Started with some banter about her country and then pitched drinks. I’m not exactly sure how to recover here

better to post the full convo for better context, but this is not looking good when she says stuff like "The weather is nice"
And you should first ask if she likes to drink or likes wine before trying to go for the number as then the number makes more sense thus she should be more willing if she agrees to liking drinking/wine etc
I would try saving this convo with something like
"You can always just block someone lol, what do you like to drink?"
Then build more comfort etc before either planning the date straight on bumble or going for the number again in a better way

In a dramatic turn of events I was able to get this girl on a date the other day and close the deal leading to a fuck marathon at her place.
In person, she wasn’t standoffish or difficult at all. She was positive, happy and even told me I look hotter in person.
Mind blown in other words.

I think she just wants you to agree/comfort her, I'd try something like this to try and slowly switch topic
"That makes sense, how has the guys on bumble been treating you so far"
But yeah, focus on other leads too, idk about this one
