I met this girl years ago and I seen her for a while but then we moved apart and went or separate ways in life now we are back texting not so long ago

Is complicated to say any advice, I have never been in your situation. If in the past you had a realitionship or she was into you could be easier. Just tell her to go out someday, and in person try to flirt and look how she reacts.
Tell her: " Lets have a drink as we used to, not hangovers implied lol". Say "lol" or ";)" or "😂". Idk, this depends on your relation
