Why do MOST guys here just ask for help but never even try to help anybody else?

I've been following this forum for the past month and I noticed this. Not everyone does it but like 85% do.
Whenever I click on someones profile I usually see they have a lot of posts and barely any comments, and even the comments they have are just asking for additional help under their own posts lol.

That's a good question haha. But I think even if they want to help, they aren't confident enough about what they know so they chose not to.
