#usually i would say: "ok let me know when you feel better and we set another day." But out of my experience girls rarely ever reinitiate the Convo for setting up a new date

You could set it up in a way that she’s waiting (hopefully excitedly) for you to reinitiate then. Something like “hope you feel better soon, I’ll text you to set up another date” or you could try to start setting the plans now “When are you free next week?” “Are you free next weekend?”

i would say something like "cool. Hows xx or xx night?" the xx should be a day thats at least 3-4 days away from the current date.
As a quick side note, one weird thing ive observed is when guys say "feel better" when its their period. With anything elser its cool but not when it comes to periods.
Another option is that yoiu can just like her last message and then hit her up in a few days. Pros and Cons to both.
