Backstory: I've known this girl for a while and use to talk regularly (pre-lockdown) and she's talked to me once or twice about herself and hockey. I made the joke because in our school hockey players get treated like royalty compared to other sports and people complain about such. She seems cold and distant⬇️. How do I respond to such?
