What to do when you go for meet up, but she isn't available for a week?

So I move towards a meetup, and the girl responds positively and sounds interested, but usually wont be free for a week or something. This one is 600 miles away now. I'm interested in meeting up when she gets back but don't want to sound like i'm supplicating or anything. I don't know where to go from here, any advice?

Just move it over to text and hit her up in a week. So you can say next "Sounds good. Shoot me your number". Then after she does, you text her your name. Maybe ask her about the bachelorette party "Enjoying the bachelorette life?". But keep it brief. Then, hit her up in a week with "Make it back <>?"
