What reason do you give for meeting near your place

I'll only do first dates at of near my place. This is for many reasons:
- Better logistics and therefore chance of closing on first date
- I already have the dates/activities prepared
- Since a lot of girls are late etc I waste less time & effort

I have been asked a few times the reason I won't meet them somewhere else. And I have always deflected the question, because if I explain it feels like we will start arguing about my reasons (also can't really say that one of the reasons is better logistics). How do you guys think this should be handled?

It really depends on the objection a girl gives. So, I'd have to see some screenshots
"It's much quieter and the drinks are the best. Even better enjoyed in my company" or something along those lines. A very vague but valid reason

These are excuses I use for her to come streight over
1, Parking is expensive everywhere but is free in front of my house/apartment. Then go to a nearby bar or just chill at ur place
2. I just bought this really nice bottle of wine for us 3. Come meet my pet
Can also temp her by saying earlier in the convo you'll give her a massage or cuddle. Lots of girls will want to come over anyway if you have good pics, text game and go to gym
I also only match with girls who are within 20 miles so that its no big deal for them to drive over
