What is a good ratio of effort to schedule hangouts with girls on your rotation?

Thanks to PWF I've gotten to a point where I now have a couple of really cute really cool girls on a solid rotation (meaning we've hungout and hooked up on at least 2-3 different occasions).
My question is that I find myself always being the one to hit them up to make these plans. I rarely have them reach out to me to hangout. Now, they are almost always down to hang out when I hit them up, but I guess I am curious if this is normal? Is the onus always on the guy to make plans? I understand that in the beginning but I feel like once you've been hanging out with somebody it should be a little more 50-50, am I wrong?

glad to hear that you got some chicks. In terms of your question it really just depends on the girl and the sitation. SOme chicks for example might want to message you first but do not because they are worried about being too needy. Yes, that really happens. Next time you hangout with your rotation girl you can playfully bring this up. But overall, it's really not a big deal either way.

So you think if I am literally ALWAYS the one to hit them up to make plans its okay? I guess it doesn't really matter as long as we actually hang out. Like getting the meet up is all that matters. Just feels a little weird I am always initiating it.
