I’d love some ideas on this. Another girl I met of yubo (im a younger guy only 19). Convo is slowly progressing. She typically responds only at night so it’s been slower than I want (hence why I wanted the number).

Your style is very different from mine, I see yours as maybe to confrontational (and maybe I need a touch of the spice, qualifying questions, & type of engagement you do). She's really not qualifying whatsoever even though she wrote a few more words in that last one.
I'd try comfort here:
"That actually sounds great, just chilling with a blunt and taking it easy. I've been super busy and would love to make time for that"
See if she moves it towards actually meeting you after that
