She has a lot of followers so she probably subsequently gets a lot of follow requests. I wouldn't think too much of it, especially since she follows you. Now, where you fucked up is when you gave her your insta. If you had kept the frame of 'rarely on there' or 'deleted it to focus on work' and gone for the number it would have been much more ideal. Regardless, it's not that big a deal but you want to avoid communicating on 3 different platforms.

As of right now, just wait a bit, hasn't been very long but if she doesn't respond within a couple of days, you can either use a takeaway like "Damn are you always this talkative?" or a reopener like you said - "Hola guapa" is a preferred one of mine but you could do "Olá, Beleza" given that she speaks Portuguese.
