Caloric deficit is key. Just eat 500 less calories than your body needs (figure out your BMI to get a rough estimate). Drink a lot of water - clears out toxins and speeds up metabolism
Hit the gym/ power walk -power walk burns more fat than running because you keep your heart rate in a target fat burning zone
Keto did wonders for some of my friends, seriously, a month or two and you can have some pretty crazy (good) results. Good luck on your journey bro!!
What works for me. 1 g of protein per pound of bodyweight minimum and learn how to count calories. Google "calorie calculator" and input your height weight approximate activity level. It will spit out a calorie goal for weight loss. Not for everybody but it's been really easy for me to cut and bulk using this method.

Drink coffee in the morning (it reduces your appetite), eat 2 meals, in between the meals when you’re hungry drink some protein (protein powder is very filling and your body uses 30% of the calories in it just to digest it), take melatonin before you go to be bed to help you fall asleep (will help you prevent from eating before you go to bed). In the end it all comes down to how to reduce the number of calories you take in without having to feel hungry. Also be patient!!!

You should also lift weights at least 3x a week and go on walks (don’t do intense cardio workouts unless you really want to because they increase your appetite)
