Good question man. In my opinion, it is by overcoming progressively "harder" situations. If you are trying to get a strong frame when it comes to talking to women, then these should be social situations. After having gone out with hundreds and hundreds of women all over the world. It is hard for me not to have a pretty strong frame. It is because I have been in all these situations for years and thus my subconscious is confident in my ability to handle additional ones.

I want to preface my answer by saying that this is one of those things that is very easy to fuck up. A lot of beginners and even intermediates who are attempting to "DHV themselves" will just come off like they're bragging. Which whill be a turn off.

Really, the best way to DHV yourself on Tinder is in your pictures. If you have a picture of yourself chilling with five hot girls, that will go much further than any attempt you will have at verbalizing it. Having a dope instagram and having that link to your Tinder falls in that category. Vast majority of chicks who are interested in you will stalk you on instagram as well. Quite recently, I did an interesting experiment. I had a dope video of me chilling on a rooftop in Medellin. It looked like I was balling. I took that video, and made it my WhatsApp status. Within the next few hours, I had at least half a dozen girls re-open me, and a few of those were numbers that were growing cold. Then, I gave the same video to my friend and he did the same thing, and had the same results. The point is that showing is always better than telling.
