How do you know if you are working leads properly after getting the number or she's just not interested/flaking/ghosting you because of her own personal issues?

I've been following the basic fundamentals of text game. I will double text once and then do a hail mary text like "Would be a shame for you to miss out on your possible future husband" and if she doesn't reply to that I delete the number, but if she responds to that, and I feel like it's going no where because she takes half a day to reply, do you just give up on her, screen her out? Because when she takes half a day to reply high value men will just lose interest for her anyways, because we all don't want to be waiting on a girl who takes half a day to flirt. We want to game girls in a way that makes her chase us, but sometimes I feel like I am giving up too soon, so when exactly do you know when to give up?

yes, those 2 are huge factors.
a) If you banged her : sometimes, there will be clues during your sexual rendezvous why she is not texting back. For instance, there could've been complete lack of sexual chemistry. However, assuming everything had gone well and she still ghosts you , I would send a text that goes something like :
"I had a lot of fun with you last weekend. You seem like a cool girl and I was looking forward to getting to know you better, but if you not interested it's cool."
b) If you haven't bang her: generally, I tried to sleep with every girl on the first night. However, there were numerous exceptions to this, a lot of which ultimately worked out really well. if I had a great time with the girl and she ghosts me, I would probably send her the same text as above.

There are numerous ways you can go about screening harder. You can do it with your pics or with your bio. I recommend both .If you are in decent shape the best is shirtless pic . That will for sure be very effective screening tool. In terms of your bio you can throw something like "Dominant" or "BDSM" in there and that will screen as well.
Obviously , you can screen much more intensely than that, But, be careful not to overdo it as Tinder is cracking down much more than few years ago.

Well, you don't know for a fact if she left swiped you. She might have just not seeing your profile. I played around with this a bit and odds are definitely low, but it is possible.
