Your message was a bit weird, I would have done with "Fuckboy?" or "What makes you say fuckboy?" to understand what exactly she's talking about, then when you answer one of her possible concerns or really just get over that part, you integrate the dog later and say something like "Coco can't wait (dog emoji)" or something similar. As for right now, I might just wait a couple of days and straight-up ask her "What makes you say fuckboy?" and after that use the talkative line, the talkative takeaway would work here but you're right, it's a little weak as you didn't exactly give her a question to respond too.
