To be fair to the opener, I've seen it work quite well for some, but majority it tends to fall on it's face. This kind of opener is unnecessary most times because chances are, if you swiped on her, and she swiped on you, you're both each other's types. Instead of using sort of canned openers, I always say, tailor the opener to the girl and something you actually find intriguing or interesting. Sure, this opener CAN move it toward a more direct and sexual conversation, but a lot of women have seen that already. One of my favorite openers that I came up with is "You've got adventurous (or any other observation you make) written all over you ____" or "I hope you're as adventurous as you look, ____". You will notice that these observations make a girlt think and wonder why you've come to that conclusion/observation. It opens up their imagination a bit and gets her to qualify herself very subtly. From there, she will most likely agree as most women consider themselves adventurous in many ways. Whatever the response (assuming it's positive and she confirms), I will then say "I'm curious to see if you actually are.." -> moving towards the meetup. Optimize your texting to get off the apps ASAP.

To be frank, I don't see a HIGH likelihood of pulling this back, but it is possible so long as she has a relative attraction for you already. The match was a good start obviously, your texting just wasn't calibrated to her I think. She probably gets that kind of stuff a lot so you need to come at her with something new, unique, refreshing even.. With that said, I would give it a couple days and hit her with something like "Didn't take you for a shy girl/woman.." usually they will respond because they perceive that as a negative trait in this day and age.. just working with scraps here. If something else comes to mind, I'll come back to this thread. Also, I realized one other thing on this thread. I think you may have been able to prompt her to be more likely to respond if instead of saying 'You're just my type' (<- because this is extremely obvious to her, otherwise you wouldn't have matched her), you should've followed up by saying "You seem to have some of my weaknesses..." and go from there.
