Made the mistake of sexualising at the end when there was non compliance. Did a restart & not really sure how to move the convo forward

Honestly she seems like a bit of a retard. Like super self righteous and stuck in her ways. Very likely to be a headache later on. I would just move on

Personally, I think not. I have a list of behaviors that are automatic dealbreakers for me with girls. Not being able to take a basic joke is one

What is your full bio? if it was basic then you hit her with sexualising in text then yea I can see why maybe she was put off.
You could try
"I have a question"
to gauge if there is any level of interest and have a shot at starting over with a new topic , but, if she doesn't respond to that, I would just move on
