Tinder's noob boost is unreal these days - 16 matches in first 12 hours, then 14 the next 34 days

Reset early August, immediately got 16 matches in the first 12 hours of having an account.
I kept the same account, swiped some every day. Ended up with less than 30 matches total.
Think about that — I got more than half my matches in the first 1.5% of the total time I had my account open.
If you are serious about Tinder, you need to be resetting every week to take advantage of this.

Delete your account entirely and then set up a new one. Ideally with a different phone number and credit card.

Tinder's screwing me, I got 50 likes in the first few hours of a new profile, and only 4 of those converted to matches. 4 days later: 19 matches and 64 likes I can't convert. And I know the moment I buy gold, they'll stop sending me likes.

I've never had Gold but from what I've read, most of those likes are ugly/fat girls (below your rating), or girls that are outside of your distance setting.

16 matches isn't much and I'm pretty sure your account has a lot of room for improvement. Also do you mean likes or do you mean matches because I match less than 40% of the likes I get.

My account is pretty much maxed out. I've been in this game for over three years.
16 matches in 12 hours is a lot for me considering I generally get one match every other day.

what age group are you targeting? how big is your city? 16 matches in 12 hours does not tell us much without this info as well.
i would kill for a 40% likes to match rate. less then 20% of my matches are worth matching.

Less than 40% means less than 40%. When my Elo is high and lots of attractive women are being shown to me I like about 40% of girls, otherwise it's more like 20%
