Remove the 3rd. Its a posed bro pic which is bad already but what makes it truly terrible is the fact that your friend towers over you
Also delete "😅" emoji from the bio. That line will sound way more masculine and better with just the devil emoji at the end

Hey dude, remove the second and third and last photo, you need to take a better gym photo where you aren’t trying too hard to pose. Suggest using editing to make yourself look bigger/defined.
Make your rob your third or second photo.

6 photos is the max for an optimal profile for every photo to DMV. I would keep 1, 2, and 8 and get one more activity pic.
I would also take out your IG because giving it too soon leaves more room for error. Even guys with above average IG profiles get docked points so it'd be better to work up a fair amount of investment before even considering.
