Be as brutally honest as you can be. I get very few matches and it makes no sense to me, I don't think my pictures look as bad as they could be. Or maybe the competition is much more fierce than I've anticipated ☹️. Any tips will go a long way for me
Crop the first photo from bicep all the way up. Remove 2nd photo looks like 2incels. 3 rd picture get rid of it. The editing is not great. The picture with you and the bluebacground put it as your 2nd pic . Delete the cat it has no context.
I think the other guys hit all the key points on the photos.
Change either remove your job or change it to either just " general manager" or "world's best cuddler" or something like that. Your job title isn't hurting you all that much but its definitely not helping either.
Hey man. I'm a beginner myself, so take this for what it's worth.
Your bio is fine (good job including your height), but, "Looking for a cool girl" sets the frame that you're the buyer when you want to be the seller. Talking about what you're looking for fine, but the way you frame it is important.
For example, "I'm looking for a girl with a great ass" is you buying, and, "I like a great ass" is you talking about/selling yourself. "I'm looking for" also implies that you don't have what you're after - i.e. neediness.
For a better bio, Alex's videos could really help you.
Mostly though, you could do a lot more with your pictures. Ideally, these would be my ideas for new ones:
- You at the beach or on a yacht
- You in cool places - the city or foreign countries
- You with a cute animal (you do have to be in it and looking your best)
- You doing something badass - skiing, riding a quad bike, martial arts, etc
- You at the gym
Of course you want to be well dressed in all of these (IMO you can never go wrong with a nice suit) and pictures taken of you by someone else are always better than selfies. Alex's videos on good pictures are seriously worth watching on this subject.

I like the ideas you have but I don't really have any interesting hobbies so it takes away from me being able to take good pictures. The beach could work. I'm most likely going to try visiting interesting place in my city (houston) to see if I can get some cool photos there. I appreciate the feedback bro 👍

Hey Zach - thanks for sharing.
The first is your best photo, but its not THE best photo.
The reason:
You looking away at the photo and smiling is good.
The reason why you should get rid of the rest of your photos:
Solutions:
----> Where you ask? Go look up best places to take photos in your state/city. Check the instagram tags of the places that are hot places.
-----------> Even if its 1 hour away to get to these cool places, ITS FUCKING WORTH IT. You will now have a cool ass photo in a cool place.
-----------> Secondly, going with friends to take photos means that you're in the "always doing cool shit" vibe.
NO MORE SELFIES.

Ok thx so much bro, I'll try to have my cousin take some photos of me this weekend. He has an Iphone SE, is that a good enough camera?
