Is sending her the Ryan gosling meme with it saying “hey girl happy Sunday” an effective way to call her out at this stage? If there are other ways I can go about this, it would be much appreciated to hear

Yeah it is still pretty early. Don't need to do any takeaways or call outs yet. Just wait a couple of days and re-engage. Ryan gosling meme is perfect.

you cant send memes on tinder so thats not option. Your last text didnt give her much to reply to so she probably forgot. Honest mistake sometimes. I would just pretend like you never even sent that last text and just keep bantering. But give it at least 48hrs to respond to
