Your profile is okay but far from strong.

1. Pose looks a little gay with the jacket over you (this is how girls wear their jackets when they go out) and arms crossed (closed off body language makes you look timid, feaful etc)
2. Way too posed
3. Great pic- cool background, shows you travel to cool places, masculine stance- standing with legs apart
4. This pic could be 10x better if taken in a cleaner bathroom or better yet at a beach or pool
5. Best pic of the bunch- I would use this as your main pic- shows off your body well, not overly posed, look masculine/dominant, relaxed facial expression
6. This is an activity pic which is good but this is an older photo of you where you are less jacked and it takes away from the photos where you do (girls will judge you on your worst pics). I would remove it
7. This is not a flattering pic of you plus your facial expression is too goofy (mouth wide open "soyboy" laugh). Is this what you would envision a dominant man to look like?
8. Doesn't add anything to the profile plus a bit posed
9. Meh- yes it's an cool activity pic but some girls would think skating to be lame/something a teenager would do. These things make a difference on how girls perceive you

Would remove gamer from interests- again, there are potential negative connotations that come from this that outweighs any value add

I mean we already told you 9 pics is too much and that some of these do nothing for ur profile.. You dont listen and then ask for help again lol

Instead of just having trilingual in your bio, put "my passion is traveling the world and whispering a mix of x/y/z in your ear"
Put the singing/guitar pic earlier and delete 3 (posed /bad body language with hands in pockets) and 8 (too posed/weird pose)
Delete "looking for a girl that wont leave me on read" as it implies many girls have ghosted you which is not a good look
