I haven’t used tinder in months Bc I do fairly well with hinge/ bumble but decided to redownload it a few days ago. Used different google voice number so thought I should be good but I only received about 60 likes/5 matches over course of 3 days which is unusually low for me. I then paid 15 bucks for gold and saw that half of the matches were girls in Philippians or really far away lol. Since swiping left on all the girls in my like stack, I haven’t received one new like. Am I permanently banned from tinder some how and should I just not use that app anymore? This is super frustrating

I use same pics on my other apps and get solid results. My pics can definitely be better (no where near as good as yours lol) but I don’t think they are “0 likes” material

Hahah thanks man but your pics are solid! I’d expect a high number of likes for you especially for nyc. The reason i’m asking is that if you used the same pics in your older profile maybe tinder algorithm is recognizing that and is showing your profile to less ppl. I’ve heard something like that can happen although not sure if its true
