context: quick daygame number, she was busy and about to leave for holidays, so I said we could meet up when she comes back from her vacation. she semi agreed and gave me her number.

Jad to my eyes, if you aren't in the same country as her then the conversation is going to be very low-stakes. Not much to lose, not much to win. You've kept a bit of a sexual/meetup frame which I think has worked well. I would leave it alone until she's definitely close enough to you for a meetup that day, then send her a HEY GIRL.
If you decide to send a keep-warm between then and now, I would send a snap of something awesome that you're doing. I wouldn't send "wish you were here" or "gettin ready for our hot date" etc, I think you've rung that bell the right amount.

There is no glaring mistakes. It did start off a bit slow/boring. But this chick seems quite DTF. So, I would definitely keep following up. I'm assuming Paris is where you both live. You could text her now "Perfect, I'll get the wine ready". Then, on Sunday you can re-engage her "Make it to my city yet?"
Then, just smoothly go for the meetup
