its a combo of watching my videos and reading my LRs with a ton of practice, you have to be willing to fail and not afraid to try shit

hard question to really answer becuase at one point was i really profecient, becuase each year i became more successful so long as i kept at it, by age 19 i lost my virginity, by age 22 my lc was 10 by age 25 i was over 100 lays, by 30 i was well over 300 so its definietly an expenitional growth type of thing

Don't just read his interactions. Analyze them and extract patterns. Then practice what you learned with lots of girls

In principle i get what hes doing. However when i am trying to have that same style as him it takes a while for me to adapt to his style

Keep practicing. You will start to adopt a strong frame. My advice is don't try to be like Alex. Don't try to be like anyone. Practice the fundamentals he outlines, but be yourself. Go for what you want. Learn to flirt. Learn to be direct. Learn to go for what you want.

It definitely takes time and you will fail a lot untill you internalize this stuff. I suggest you to lower your standards a bit so you have more sets to practice with, most if not all of them will go nowhere anyway. Also, don't send a single line because you just saw Alex or anyone using you'll probably come across as incognurent and it'll blow out. Understand the principal behind the line and then decide to use it or come with your own
