If only we could ask girls why they don't reply to certain messages. I've had girls drop off when I've tried this variation of soft close too, but sometimes mine was more sexual like wine and handcuffs. I can only guess you don't have enough compliance for her to accept the booty massage date. If you did, she would say "sounds good" She may have thought you were half-joking before so she was going along with it but now she sees you're serious, she has concerns. Of course, she could always have not seen your message too. But overall, your texting is very solid.
I would reopen with "If you're too shy I'd totally understand" and see if you can get her to voice a concern. She might very well just offer a public drinks or dinner date also.

I don't like to view it that way. All girls for the right guy would be down to meet. It comes down to whether you have enough value or not. Viewing it this way puts the responsibility in your hands so you can do something about it: be higher value, have tighter game, better banter etc rather than dismissing it as the girl's fault
