Damn bro, your textgame is terrible (no offense) . Ideally, I need to see screenshots of what happened before this, but from what you posted here, there are two big issues that I see

1. neediness - A lot of your texts read very needy. The vibe I feel is "please please. I really need you to hangout with me". This will be a big turn off to most girls.
2. Sub optimal closing - These two go hand in hand. Because, if you close optimally, you should get a lot less "no"s, which in turn should prevent the resulting neediness. Generally, you go for a softclose, then figure out her schedule, then a hard close.

I didn't see you do the first or the second. Just a bunch of hard closes. Which is equivalent to blindly throwing darts at the wall. Yes, you will occasionally hit the bulls eye but more often than not you will miss

The text you sent which you got from Indian PE wasn't the main issue, but it certainly didn't help either. It was just out of context and didn't make sense at this point in the conversation. Another issue is that the text followed numerous failed close attempts, which by nature comes off needy. To girls, it reads like "Ah! Damn. You won't meet up with for drinks, so I'll try every possible angles to fuck you". In general, it's much better practice to utilize texts like this before you go for the meetup, not after.

Try keeping a consistent frame for two replies in a row, interpret her reply from that frame, and keep moving.
