The problem here (with Lila) is your second message... (it's a try-hard message, like you chase her hard.... it has to be the other way around)
You have to move the convo forward, you can say something like "I like your enthusiasm. How is your day going so far?"

With Courtney, it's easier from here (because you handle the convo in a better way), you can ask her "how is your day going so far", and use her answer to say "bla bla bla and getting ready for our date"

Agree with Eric but this isnt even that bad, just continue the convo with both. Lila you already soft-closed and she said maybe despite the fact she doesent know u at all yet. Just keep the convo going and her "maybe" will turn into a "yes" soon. Girls have tons of options so 99% of the time you will have to text with them for a little while before closing I mean you cant send only 4 messeges and expect they will be just like "YES LETS GO OUT!"

Lila -> you also made a mistake asking for the date too soon. If you were going down that line I would have just said "one of my world famous massages". Not anything else you moved too fast provided too much info & it seems desperate.

With the second. Try what Eric says. But keep in mind that she didn't react super well to the sexual innuendo so don't do it again for a while.
