Hey, I'm new here. I've been watching a lot of the vids, reading a lot of the guides and posts. Curious about this. My texting is all over the place and I could use some guidance. I'm trying to apply the principles, but so far I'm tripping up. Here's an example:
Met a Ukrainian girl on Monday. She had joked that she had resting bitch face and I was brave for talking to her anyway, so that is why I used this as my opener.
Monday Evening: Hey xxxxx, nice meeting you and your resting bitch face ;)
Her: Well you looked coked up lol
Me: Your impression of me:
I then sent a Scarface meme with coke all over his face
Her: Well it's super rare in New York. My first reaction was to grab my purse lol
(I cold approached her after work)
Me: Well you were too cute so I had to say hi ;)
She didn't text back and I waited until Wednesday mid morning to reply
Me: Ukrainian with a cold, this should make you feel better
I then sent a silly camel hump day meme
Her: You clearly never talked to ukrainian girls lol
Me: I've never talked to ANY girls. You're the first
She didn't write back so I waited until Thursday morning
Me: xxxx, how's your Thursday morning
Her: I just woke up, how are you
Me: Pretty good, having a coffee about to dive into work. Are you feeling better?
Her: A little bit
Me: Being sick is no fun, especially during the summer
(I felt like I was being a bit gamey, which is why I sent a couple just normal-ish texts. She didn't write back. I thought about waiting another day or two but she had a habit of one or two replies in under ten minutes and then mini-ghosting) So two hours later I wrote:
Me: Are you always this talkative?
Her: Lol I am going through a break up, plus flu
Me: I have just the cure. Do you like wine?
Her: I have tried all the cures. Wine makes me too drunk lol
Me: I see. Well I know a great spot you'd like. What's your schedule like?
Her: I don't really have a schedule.
Me: Solution?
Her: Huh
Me: When is good for you
Her: What are we going to do
Me: Rob a bank
Her: You can do that at your job lol
Me: ;) - get a drink and see if we click
Her: If I got a drink with every guy that wanted to see if we click I'd be an alcoholic
Her: I don't do low maintenance dates
Me: Ooooh a princess. I'd be happy to slap the princess right out of you

I haven't heard back, I might re-engage Saturday or Sunday. I'm not really too concerned about it. But what I am concerned about is just how I've handled this so far from more experienced guys, especially guys on here that have daygamed. (I met her on the street by my job)
Like I think I did okay at not getting butthurt when she was like negging me, agreeing and amplifying, but maybe it was too gamey? And then maybe I went too hard at the end when she said the whole I don't do low maintenance dates. And maybe trying to go norm-core was the wrong move? Any advice would be appreciated. I've been pretty good getting numbers during the day lately, I've had a handful of dates (I've been doing this about five weeks). But I feel like I'm fucking up with texts.
