How would you handle this? I dmed her on ig and got the number. I work out of town but will be back for the holidays. Keep in mind I live with my family still and mostly everything will be closed in my city. How do I take control of this situation

that line about not caring about the pandemic and you want to see her comes off a bit strong. you could have phrased that differently....this is someone you haven't met yet. in terms of making plans while things are closed you need to get creative. i've been inviting girls to my house for food/drinks but if that isn't an option because you live at home maybe find something cool to do around your town. i'm not familiar with canada.
