Started talking to this girl on bumble and not exactly sure how to respond and whether to be upfront or tone it down slightly.
I asked her to tell me something interesting about herself to which she responds with a joke, which I wasn't expecting
Her: jokes something about how she loves eating fries
I work in insurance, like walks in nature and I'm from xxx city. What interesting thing can you tell me about yourself?
Me: haha I think me and you will get along well š
Unfortunately, I'm only here for Christmas. Otherwise, I'm from xxxx city but haven't lived here for many years.
Anddd I like sports so wouldn't say no to a walk in nature :)

So what do you think I can respond with?
So far I think I'll say: you look like a smart girl so I don't think I need to explain myself ;)
But it seems a bit weak lol. Should I be more upfront?
She seems to have invested a bit so it might work to be more direct.
Ideas welcome.

I might be a bit late since you probably replied between 2 days ago and now: but just for argument's sake I'd say it's a good line you would definitely be on the right track wit the sexual buildup, like if she insists saying "explain anyway" you can say "I would rather show you but just know it might involve a bit of a cardio workout" still dancing around it but getting more to the point

I ended up sending the line:
"did I intrigue you? You seem like a smart girl and I think you can figure it out",
which worked out quite well because she responded with
"It came to mind, but I wanted to confirm that we were both thinking the same š"
So she definitely seems interested.
Only thing that sucks is that I'll be flying back abroad in a few days and busy seeing family now so I won't be able to meet her. Might have to get her number and hit her up in a few months when I'm back here.
Nevertheless, I appreciate the reply.
